Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. MODES OF DELIVERY (LOCAL)
We will need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel to the selected service provider.
After your parcel has been dispatched, the time taken for your parcel to reach you varies as it is dependent on the mode of postage chosen. Please refer to the following for more information on the approximate time frame needed.
The price of postage includes handling fees.
1.1 REGULAR/ NORMAL MAIL
Normal Postage is free for Local Orders. Please allow your parcels 3-7 working days to reach you. Please note that the weight limit for normal parcel is at 2kg.
If you are charged when selecting Normal Postage, this indicates your order has exceeded the weight limit and will have to be sent via Speedpost instead. We will advise you to opt for Courier service.
As tracking is not available for this, Klifestyle will not be held liable for any lost parcels/ damaged items mailed out via this mode of postage.
1.2 REGISTERED MAIL
The cost of Registered mail starts from SGD$3.60. The parcels will be dispatched via Singpost. Kindly note that there is a weight limit of 2kg for any Registered Parcel.
If you are charged when selecting Registered Postage, this indicates your order has exceeded the weight limit and will have to be sent via Speedpost instead. We will advise you to opt for Courier service.
Please allow your parcels 3-4 working days to reach you.
Your tracking number will be sent to you within 2-3 working days once your parcel has been delivered.
1.3 COURIER SERVICE
The courier will deliver the parcel within the next2 working days* after it has been processed for delivery.
There will also be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout so the courier can reach you in any unforeseen circumstances.
*Working days refer to Monday – Friday only (excluding public holidays).
2. I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTED / FAULTY ITEM
Klifestyle seek to provide you with quality products. We apologize to have mailed a defected / faulty item. Please click here for more details on our Return and Exchange Policy. If you’re unsure of the procedures, kindly contact us and we’ll be glad to render any assistance.
We aim to resolve any issue with a defected / faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to inform us as soon as you discover the defect / fault. Please include a snapshot of the defective area and also your order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
3. I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER

5. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We will need 2-3 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel.
