Return & Exchange Policy


We apologise if we had sent you a defective/ incorrect item. Please email us at about it and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Items purchased at or any of our mobile kiosk you may returned by mail (refer to Returns of Merchandise) or do a one to one exchange at the kiosk itself within 03 working days.

Items purchased from a Marketplace Retailer cannot be returned to Klifestyle shop or to; they must be returned to their Marketplace Retailer in accordance with their returns policy. Please email the Marketplace retailer directly, if any.

Klifestyle will reimburse postage incurred for defected/incorrect item(s) sent to you. Please note that we will only proceed on if the item was purchased directly from us.



Returns are provided for all items.

Please follow the steps below in order to successfully complete the return procedure:


  1. Go to customer care section
  2. Click on REQUEST A RETURN
  3. Add the required information (order ID, billing last name, e-mail address) and click on “CONTINUE”
  4. You will get to a page with all the information related to your order
  5. There you will have the possibility to click on a “RETURN” button and to fill in and send a return form.

Registered user:

  1. Login with your credentials
  2. Go to  “MY ORDERS” section to find all your orders.
  3. For each order you will have the possibility to click a “RETURN” button that will open the return form to fill in and send
  4. In the “RETURN” section you will also find all your open/closed returns


Please fill up the details required in the Returns Note and place it together with the items that you are sending back to us.

For your Returns to be valid, it must be mailed back within Ten (10) working days (Twenty (20) working days for International Customers) from the date parcel was delivered. A credit note will be issued upon the receipt of your item. The credit will be valid for 15 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. Credit Notes issued can only be utilized in one transaction, depending on the quantity issued, any excess amount will not be refunded.

All additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer as all measurements have been provided.

Customers are to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Klifestyle will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.

All returns are final. If you would like to purchase the item(s) again, you may wish to purchase it directly from our website.



Please note that we have up to 30 days of time to complete the refund payment, starting from the day in which we receive your return at our warehouse.

Of course we do our best to refund your money as soon as possible within the 30 days, in fact:

  • Refund payments to credit cards/PayPal accounts normally take up to 5 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.
  • Refund payments to bank accounts normally take up to 10 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.

Please be aware that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order are NOT going to be refunded.
